Alex
Hey! I’m Alex — Head Coach here at E.P.I.C. Fitness.
I’ve always believed that movement and food have the power to change lives — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
I grew up in a super small town with one stop sign, and that’s where my love for sports kicked off. That passion took me all the way through college softball and into a decade of coaching at the college level.
Then COVID hit — and like it did for a lot of people, it shifted everything. I realized I wanted to do more than just coach one sport. I dove headfirst into fitness and nutrition, got my CF-L2 and PN-L1 certifications, and haven’t looked back since.
Now, I love to help others build stronger, healthier, more confident lives — and I’m pumped to be on this journey with you.

Hello! I'm Bryanna, and I'm thrilled to be the here at E.P.I.C. Fitness. My journey has revolved around sports and competition, having played and coached Division I basketball for a decade. I'm fueled by my passion for leadership and the sense of unity that comes from being part of a team.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, I made a significant career shift from coaching to healthcare. However, my time in the healthcare—I wasn't just in healthcare; I was in sick care. Determined to make a proactive impact on people's lives, I decided to pivot my focus.
I've been committed to coaching individuals in their everyday lives, pushing them toward better health and wellness. I earned my CF-L1 certification in September 2024. Each day, I strive to contribute to creating a healthier community, one person at a time.

Hey there! I'm Scott, one of your coaches at E.P.I.C. Fitness, and I'm eagerly looking forward to coaching you. As a certified Level 2 CrossFit coach, I'm extremely passionate about strength and Olympic lifting! From the exhilaration of lifting heavy weights to the precision of perfecting technique, there's nothing quite like it.
Now, as part of the EPIC Fitness team, I'm excited to share my passion for group fitness, strength training, and Oly lifting with our incredible community. And yes, I have a soft spot for pizza! Let's team up to smash our fitness goals and enjoy some fantastic conversations along the way.

Hey, EPIC people!
I’m here to cheer you on every step (and jump) of the way on your journey. As a CF-L1, I’m super excited to help people understand functional fitness and how it improves your daily life in and out of the gym!
My favorite thing about the gym and CrossFit is the incredible community it builds around life’s most important aspect - health! I love that “healthy” looks different to everyone and we all work in different ways to accomplish it, so let’s work together to find your healthy, happy life.
You can count on me to push you in class, but also to be your biggest cheerleader. I’ve always found joy in helping others and celebrating every victory, so being a part of the EPIC crew is right where I belong!

Hey y’all! My name is Sarah. My CrossFit journey began in 2015 after undergoing treatments for breast cancer. Initially, it was a way to stay active and reduce the risk of cancer returning, but it quickly turned into a true passion. In 2017, I took my love for CrossFit to the next level by getting my CF-L1 so that I could begin coaching. In 2022, I earned my CL-L2 all while continuing my full-time career as an educator.
Some of my favorite movements include double unders, handstand push-ups, and rope climbs. But more than anything, I love the EPIC community—building relationships, supporting one another, and celebrating each person's progress in their fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or pushing for new goals, I’m here to help you grow stronger, both physically and mentally.

Hey everyone! I’m Lance, one of the coaches here at E.P.I.C.
I’ve been passionate about fitness for over a decade and have a background in football, swimming, and track from my high school days. With eight years in the U.S. Army, I’ve dedicated myself to learning about physical performance and how the body adapts to training.
When I discovered CrossFit, I also found an incredible community here at E.P.I.C. Our coaches are here to support you in reaching your goals—both in and out of the gym. I’m excited to be part of your journey and can’t wait to help you push your limits!

Hey yall I'm Joslynn! I am a brand new personal trainer here at E.P.I.C. Fitness and am so excited to start working with you on your goals!
I am a musician by trade and have always loved connecting with people over a common interest and helping them achieve more than they thought possible. That's why I decided to add health and fitness to my list of "can dos!".
My fitness journey started almost 10 years ago when I was 220 pounds and knew I needed to make a change in my life to be healthy and happy. Since then I have found a healthy balance and love working with people of all backgrounds, prior injury, chronic disease, old, young, I meet you where you and together we can transform you into the best you, you can be!

Hi! I’m Sara with almost 12 years in the CrossFit world and as a CF-L2, I am passionate about helping athletes of all levels build strength, confidence, and resilience to unlock their full potential.
I understand the physical and mental struggles that come with starting something new or returning after time away, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re a beginner, learning the basics, or a veteran refining your skills, my goal is to create an inclusive, positive, and challenging experience and love for fitness in every member of our community.
